What is needed? 

When opening your mailbox, we will need (2) forms of ID with matching addresses. 

 

A drivers license and passport, car registration, or car insurance works perfectly. Contact us if you have any questions about valid forms of ID. 

 

 

Are you a P.O. Box? What will my new address be?

No, we are not a P.O. Box. You’ll have a physical address, ideal for both business and personal use. Your new address will be:

Notary Public Services

How much does it cost for notary services?

Our standard fee for notarizing a signature is $15 per signature. 

Additional charges may apply for document preparation or other services.

 

Do I need an appointment to use notary services?
No appointment is needed! Simply stop by during business hours, and our certified notary public will assist you with your document needs.

 

What identification do I need to bring?
Please bring a valid government-issued ID (like a driver's license or passport). 

This is required to verify your identity before notarizing documents.

 

Do I need to sign the document in front of the notary?
Yes, all documents must be signed in the presence of the notary. The notary will witness the signing to ensure everything is legitimate.

 

Can I get multiple documents notarized at once?
Yes, you can have several documents notarized in a single visit. 

Each signature will be notarized separately, with a fee of $15 per signature.
